.The tempered glass process:
In the production of flat glass ,the molten silica-based mix is cooled slowly under carefully controlled conditions. This annearling procedure removes undersirable stresses from the glass.Cooling occurs in an annealing "lehr";and then annealed glass is heated to a temperature near its softening point and forced to cool rapidly under carefully controlled conditions.the heat treading process highly desirable conditions of induced stress,which result in additional strength,resistance tp thermal stress,and impact resistance .

l .Feture :
1).safety:when broken the pieces are in particle with abtuse angles (free of sharp angles)so as to protect people from injured;
2)high strength themal bedning resistance strength and the impact resistance are both 4-5times higher than the common glass at the same thickness;
3).the heat stability :themal impact resistance and able to withstand a temperature change from 40-327degress without spontaneously breaking the bearing strength is 3 times than of common glass.
4).tempered glass can be printed with special logo and pattern with enamel silkscreening.

5)Treatment :can be tempered ,curved ,screen printed,sandblasted,drilled ,ect
