Laminated glass 

Two or more layers of clear float glass "sandwiched" together with a clear or color PVB interlayer, laminated glass is the one glass that reconciles the aesthetic benefits of glass with a genuine concern for safety; offering superior protection against glass breakage, as well as harmful solar rays and hazardous noise levels.




PVB(Polyvinyl Butyral)

PVB laminated glas has full absorption of ultraviolet and good noise-reduction ability .When glass broken ,the broken glass are still attached to the PVB as a whole without failing apart . Thus its protective ability is exceptional and widely used for security .

Feature

1) Extremely high safety: The PVB interlayer withstands penetration from impact. Even if the glass cracks, splinters will adhere to the interlayer and not scatter. In comparison with other kinds of glass, laminated glass has much higher strength to resist shock, burglary, burst and bullets.

SGP is an ion-polymer of ethylene and methyl acid ester. It offers more advantages in using SGP  as an interlayer material .

SGP offers five time s the tear strength and 100 times the rigidity of conventional PVB interlayer
